Architecture, grounded
in place and practice.
I am an architect from Port Said, Egypt, with experience across heritage conservation, architectural design, BIM and technical delivery.
At EQI KSA, my work on Royal Commission for AlUla projects connected existing-condition surveys and restoration proposals with method statements and physical works on site. For Dar Tantora, Huna Complex and Units 318, 471 and 840, I was responsible for executing the physical works and directly managing the builders and craftspeople. I also proposed, executed and supervised stabilization works. This portfolio brings that experience together with my architectural, interior and urban design studies.
A practice built on observation.
These photographs record my work documenting the existing buildings of AlUla Old Town: observing the historic fabric, recording its condition and preparing site notes. This fieldwork informed my restoration drawings, proposals and work on site.
